    Simply browse our collection of premium pet products, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an automatic order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    Please contact us at support@pawlide.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed or dispatched yet, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can easily return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. There is no minimum purchase or order value required.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States (USA). We do not offer international shipping.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey directly to your door.

Returns and Refunds

  • What is your return policy?

  • Who pays for return shipping?

    If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item/size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Pawlide will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • How long does it take to receive my refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
