1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Restocking Fees

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns. You will receive a full refund of the product purchase price.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or no longer need the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item: If the return is due to our error (e.g., the item arrived damaged, defective, or it is the incorrect product), Pawlide will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know immediately:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pawlide.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

Email our support team at support@pawlide.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.

Securely pack the item and send it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

We will process your refund within 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to officially post to your account.
